Three Treasures Elixir is uses by martial artist to cultivate and invigorate the body's three basic energies, ching (essence), chi (vitality) and shen (spiritual energy).
 
It mixes Kan and Li (fire and water) with extra energy to the sanjiao triple warmer in addition to strengthening the lumbar and knees. 
 
Directions for Use:

CAPSULES: (Size 00 Capsule, 90 per package)  Take one capsule evenly spaced three times daily with a cup of Shaolin Brand Tea or warm water.
