End Swell is a great liniment to use to reduce swelling.
 
It should be applied immediately after trauma occurs, and can be used alone or in conjunction with an ice pack.
 
It would be advisable for someone to keep a supply on hand so that it can be applied as soon as a sprain injury is sustained.
